Kietzee is a platform to help new and expecting parents feel more confident and connected on their journey.

We offer advice and guidance on pregnancy, birth, life with baby, English language events and Kita search. Additionally, members have access to our in-person and online meetups, to meet other new and expecting parents near them.

Most of our members and users are currently based in Berlin but we also have a growing audience in other German cities. Our offering serves both German and international families, who tend to be high earning professionals that are willing to pay for additional family services. Learn more about us.

🐘 What is Kietzee Guides?

Kietzee Guides is a directory of vetted professionals who work 1-on-1 with international families in Berlin and beyond. 

The heart of the program is a personal profile showcasing your expertise and offering on the Kietzee platform so that parents can easily find you when they’re looking for a professional with your profile.

💡 How does Kietzee Guides work?

If you are interested, we welcome you to fill out this form.

Please take some time to tell us about yourself, explain your offering and detail your qualifications. Filling in the form should take around 20 minutes.

Our criteria include:

  • You work 1-on-1 with families, children and/or parents

  • You offer your services in at least one language other than German

  • You are based in Germany (or offer your services online)

  • You are qualified in your field or have extensive experience

  • You use an evidence- and science-based approach to your work

For now, while we're growing the Guides program, we are looking for professionals who apply broader methodologies in their work. In the future, we look forward to also listing professionals with more targeted topics and approaches 😊

📌 What will you receive?

You can choose between two membership options, depending on your needs and budget.

Both options provide you with a profile on Kietzee, which gives you our "stamp of approval” and can positively influence a family’s decision to work with you. In addition, your link on the Kietzee website can help increase your website’s Google rankings.

Kietzee Guides Essentials (Free membership)

  • Your personal profile on our platform, including:

    • Your bio and introduction

    • Your expertise and qualifications

    • Your offers

    • Your contact details

    • Links to any content you've created with us (articles, events, perks)

  • Position yourself as an expert by writing articles for Kietzee and answering questions in our online community

  • We will spread the word about you and your offerings, so you don’t have to. We will use social media as well as our own newsletter with 1500 subscribed families

  • We will connect you with additional opportunities within our network, such as other platforms for international families, as they arise and fit your profile

  • Additional exposure on special pages based on your topics and expertise (see this example for our doula page)

  • Share a discount with our members

  • List your group workshops and events on Kietzee

  • Attend Kietzee Guides networking events in Berlin or online

Kietzee Guides Premium (Paid membership for €120/year)

  • Everything from Kietzee Guides Essentials (see above)

  • Featured placement at the top of the directory and in search results

  • Featured placement in matching requests from families

  • A loving welcome post on our Instagram page

  • Meet our community of parents online and in-person. Make personal connection and share your knowledge via:

  • Additional exposure on our custom timeline

  • 30% discount on a featured newsletter placement to promote your events, workshops, profile... (€105 instead of €150)
