Hi, I’m Lotta,
an emotions coach supporting parents through the challenges of daily life. I’m currently completing my certification as a Neurosystemic Integration Practitioner, which focuses on trauma-sensitive coaching and understanding the deep connection between the mind, body and nervous system.
Parenthood can feel overwhelming, with moments that trigger stress, emotional exhaustion or a sense of losing yourself. My goal is to support you in rediscovering your inner calm and resilience by helping you understand your nervous system, regulate your emotions, build a compassionate connection with yourself and tap into the resources you already have to create balance in your daily life.
Everything you feel makes sense — your reactions, no matter how challenging they seem, have a purpose. Every behavior, even those that feel difficult or overwhelming, originates from a place of self-protection and adaptation. There is nothing wrong with you; you are good just as you are. Understanding the language of your nervous system allows for deep and lasting changes, helping you move from survival mode to a more conscious, self-empowered way of living.
Unprocessed experiences and trauma can manifest in various ways — whether it’s anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt or even physical symptoms like migraines or exhaustion. For highly sensitive parents, the challenges of raising children can feel even more intense, as sensory and emotional sensitivities may be heightened. Often, these signs are misunderstood or overlooked, yet they hold valuable insights into your inner world.
My work focuses on uncovering these hidden patterns with empathy and care, offering you the tools to create new, healthier pathways.
Through trauma-sensitive methods such as nervous system regulation, parts work (inner child healing), and emotional processing, we gently explore the roots of your experiences to bring clarity, self-compassion and healing.
