Hi, I am Rebecca, a mom of two cloth diapered children (born in 2016 and 2019) living in Berlin for over 10 years now.

Becoming a mother changes your demands and desires in life. Experiencing that myself I decided to follow my passion of sharing my knowledge and my experience with other moms and families.

For over three years I have been supporting and accompanying families and especially women with my offers on their way through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond.

In addition to my work as a Mütterpflegerin (postpartum doula) and cloth diaper consultant, I offer baby massage classes.

With my Welcome Baby Course, parents (to-be) have the opportunity to best prepare for the new life situation with baby (a period most birth preparation courses don't focus on, as they only address the time up to when the baby is born).

Since living one year abroad in Canada and studying with many internationl students in my master degree, I have had a love for the English language. With my offers I would love to support the english speaking community in Berlin as the range of services for non-German-speaking families and parents in the areas of Mütterpflege and especially cloth diapering is still rather limited.

Mütterpflege / Postpartum Doula:

Postpartum care as Mütterpflegerin (if not covered by insurance) is €45/hour plus €0,5 /km travel flat rate
Small Postpartum Doula Package: €699 for 20 hours of postpartum doula support (individually retrievable within 14 days of delivery)
Large Postpartum Doula Package: €999 for 30 hours of postpartum doula support (individually retrievable within 28 days of delivery)

Cloth Diapers

1-on-1 cloth diaper consultation at you place for €45/hour plus travel flat-rate (depending on where you live)
Online cloth diaper consultation (ca. 2 hours) starting from €80
Online cloth diaper trouble shooting for €10 per quarter of an hour
Cloth diaper rental packages for newborns starting from €90 for 4 weeks (all-inclusive package for an easy start with cloth diapers)
Cloth diaper trial packages for older babies starting from €45 per 2 weeks

Baby Massage:

Private baby massage course (home visit) for €45/hour

Welcome Baby Course:

This course consists of the two module "Parent Basics" and "Baby Basics" each lasting 3 hours, which can be booked separately or combined:

Price for each module is 65 € (small group) or 119 € (exclusive)
Complete course price for both modules is 125 € (small group) or 215 € (exclusive)

Insurance Coverage

Many of our guide's services are covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you are covered.

Mütterpflege can in many cases be covered by your insurance (on a pro-rata basis or even completely).

Therefore you have to apply to your health insurance company for professional household help.

I am happy to assist you with the paperwork and application process.

Mütterpflege:

Certified Mütterpflegerin with Weckmann Institute of Medical & Healthcare Education (2022) and supporting several women/families pre- and postpartum since then
First aid for Infant and child (2022)
Certificate course "Nutrition for pregnancy, the postpartum period and breastfeeding" with Professor Cordula Siegmann-Thoss (2023)

Cloth Diapers:

Certified cloth diaper consultant with Stoffwindelakademie (2020) with over three years experience of advising and supporting parents (to-be) on the topic of cloth diapers
Further training with Liane Emmersberger on the topic of "Achtsames Wickeln und Windelfrei von Anfang an" (2021)
