Hello!

My name is Marta, I've been teaching yoga and working as a doula in Berlin since 2017.

My practice has led me to work closely to the public sector, and I support families both privately and in group settings, working with Familienzentren with community offers that are free of charge or reimbursed by health insurance.

I remain in awe of life and of the miracle that pregnancy, birth and postpartum are.

My experience focuses on the body and emotions, I work in grounded connection with information and the mind, and also support rituals and the subtle body.

I am a protector of oxytocin and of the feminine.

Insurance Coverage

Many of our guide's services are covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you are covered.

Yoga Präventionskurse are reimbursed by all German health insurances as prevention against stress (independently from the date of the date of birth of the baby)

Postnatal Doula work can be reimbursed when there is a right to Haushaltshilfe.

Qualifications 🏅

Our guides provide their qualifications and certifications so we can ensure their professional experience.

I am a certified Doula by DONA International (2019).
Yoga teacher (2018), including a 2021 certificate on the topic of pelvic floor yoga.
I started working with massage/touch in 2019 when I earned a certificate that includes fasciatherapy. In 2022, I earned a certificate in Maya massage.
I have been working in Berlin Familienzentren and facilitating groups for parents in pregnancy and with babies since 2020.
