Pros:
+ all included & prepared (breakfast, lunch, vesper, bio organic foods prepared on site, diapers). They will lend wetbags or change clothes/bed sheets if needed.
+ multi-cultural, we know at least 5 kids each from different country.
+ we can feel that the educators care about your kids need. They try to accomodate individual request (ex: l specific lotion, individual routine).
+ communication is clear and transparent, managed through app.
Cons:
- On top of scheduled holiday & team days throughout the year, monthly closure/short hours due to staff shortage is very challenging for in-office full time parents. This limitation affects the daily care & attention especially in the older group. (The main reason of minus rating).
- small garden outdoor area due to the location being in apartment building.
