Hello! I am Jane the Sleep Coach.
My aim is to support families towards the sleep they would like to have in their family. I offer non judgemental and supportive sleep coaching, and use non-cry-it-out methods every time!
As a mum of four the one thing I feel I actually succeeded with (!) was getting my children to sleep from early on.
I made a million other mistakes but sleep was never an issue π
Now I love sharing information and sleep tips to help tired families to get sleep to how they want it to be.
As a sleep coach my aim is always to support the parents and give information about sleep so they know what to do.
In a short time sleep can change so much from being a nightmare to being filled with happy dreams!
The aim is to have happy and confident parents that will be so relaxed with their child at nap and bedtime. Because of this their child will start to be able to sleep independently and most of all be happy and confident too!
