Organized by Alexa Sinyachova, this Afterbirth Recovery Program is a four-week journey tailored specifically for moms who are either newly postpartum or still navigating their recovery after giving birth.

It’s a nurturing environment designed to strengthen your body, fortify your pelvic floor, and boost your mental health.

Improve your digestion, skin, and mood management through tailored physical activities, relaxation techniques, and peer support.

Course Breakdown:

  • Week 1: Gentle Full Body Recovery Starting with a mindful approach, this week focuses on reconnecting with the body through both active and passive recovery methods.

  • Week 2: Toned Belly and Pelvic Floor The focus shifts to exercises that specifically target toning the belly and strengthening the pelvic floor.

  • Week 3: Grounded Body, Peaceful Mind The practices include gentle pelvic floor work and belly self-massage to initiate visible improvements. Mental health, equally vital, is supported through breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation practices like lavender baths and shavasana.

  • Week 4: New You in the Role of a Mom This week is about continuing the physical practices and discussing how to maintain these beneficial habits post-course. The emphasis is on the transformative impact these practices have on a mother’s wellbeing.
