Our partner, doula Elmi Amran, is hosting a weekend retreat for pregnant people on 10-11 June.
They invite you to 2 days of nurture and preparation for your journey towards birth and parenthood. There will be time and space to enjoy and embrace your pregnancy, to connect with your growing baby, and to meet other pregnant people.
To name a few highlights of the weekend: they will empower you with knowledge, focusing on effective techniques to prepare for birth, and to feel confident postpartum.
This includes sharing a curated list of experts and resources to help you build “your village”, and to have all the support you need at your fingertips throughout your journey.
They will nourish you with delicious food, embodiment and movement practices, a sound bath, and honour you with an intimate ceremonial blessing. Each activity has been curated to help you relax and connect with your inner self in the most intimate, serene setting, in a private villa.
