Newborn mothers, mothers and pregnant women are invited to join this retreat day for a day full of nourishment.
Enjoy sauna, freshly cooked ayurvedic food and lots of space to nourish yourself. Furthermore there will also be two massage therapists who’ll offer some loving touch for 15- 30 Minutes.
This day is for you to fill up your cup, connect with other mothers and recharge. To feel the power of “the village”. Babies are so welcome, and the village will support you to have a lot of time to enjoy and relax. To make sure that there is always a free hand to help you out with your baby we are 3 doulas, happy to help and hold your baby here and there.
If you feel like coming simply by yourself that's totally fine too!
