Yoga for Mama & Baby.
Join to practice differente asanas, flows, stretching and postpartum strengthening, pelvic floor and hypopressive breathing technique. Space sharing pedagogy between mother and baby, postures together, bonding and fun!
Class can be in Italian, English or Spanish depending on the participants.
One 1:1 class including diastasis assessment is highly recommend before joining the group, also and above all to gain confidence and ability in supporting the baby safely and ergonomically during the different exercises considering the current progress in the development of the neck muscles of the newborn.
Generally, babies actively participate in the class up to 9 kg. Afterwards, it is still possible to continue attending the course, but the exercises are not carried out together with the baby.
