How to join
There are just 40 places available for this workshop. Once you've booked, be on the lookout for details via email including what to bring/wear, and other important information.
Note: While there's no formal age limit, please make sure that your child or children can reliably take instructions and participate in a group. Don't worry! There will be plenty of opportunity for both and your kids to let your energy out together.
