This Childbirth Class is a wonderful option for families joining online over two half days to prepare for the birth of their baby.
Day one is our classroom day- where we cover everything you need to know about how your brain and your hormones work together during pregnancy and birth.
Day two is all about birth! We will cover the physiology of labor along with all the "need to know" content for managing the hospital system here in Germany. Day two also wraps up with a little taster session of Hypnosis which is a great way to relax into the weekend.
There is lots of time for questions and connections with other expecting parents.
All classes are Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 and Sunday from 13:00 to 17:30.
