The BIWoC and TINA BIPoC Pregnancy Support Group aims to provide a space for pregnant individuals who identify as BIWoC (Black, Indigenous, Women of Color) and TINA (Trans, Inter, Non-Binary, Agender) BIPoC persons.
This space is open for conversations, building new connections, sharing information and resources, as well as exchanging experiences, joys, and concerns.
In the session, you may discuss a variety of topics: From empowerment, (reproductive) health, emotions to birth preparation and prenatal care, as well as nutrition, relationships, resources, and networks.
Collaborative activities can also be part of the group, such as creating a birth plan, trying out relaxation exercises, or formulating self-advocacy strategies during pregnancy, prenatal care and childbirth. Moreover, we can engage in creative endeavors as well.
Every individual is warmly invited to contribute, engage in collaborative research, and share knowledge.
The event will take place in German and English, as needed.
This is a free event.
